A profitable and well established aerospace gearing company was looking to better understand its impediments to growth. Recognizing that some internal and external factors might need to change they wanted an unbiased evaluation of their business, it’s infrastructure, existing personnel and financials along with an action plan to drive improvements.

Processes and Solutions

Mondek Solutions was engaged to do a thorough evaluation of the business, its key disciplines, supply strategy, and evaluate key personnel. Resources were on sight for several days interviewing key staff, upper management and floor lead personnel. Numerous operational, supply and quality meetings were also attended to assess effectiveness and integration. Results were then complied, gaps identified and evaluation made relative to the strategic growth initiatives.



A detailed and frank assessment was made regarding key processes, personnel and infrastructure. From this assessment numerous and specific projects were identified and recommended to ownership for action. The company has since enhanced their staff skills, improved through put and should realize a 22 percent increase in sales.
